3A. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS messages under the Woodoombu Accident Leads program related to your request, including confirmations, information collection, scheduling, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data retention
- Contact enquiries: kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Call recordings, transcripts, and related call metadata: retained for up to 24 months for compliance, audit, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and quality assurance purposes.
- Google Analytics events: retained for 14 months (GA4 default).
- Cookies: see duration in § 6.
5. Sharing & international transfers
We use the following processors:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) - USA (Standard Contractual Clauses).
- [Formspree / Netlify Forms] - email routing for contact messages (USA/EU).
No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising. We may share information with service providers and selected business partners solely as required to deliver requested services, including providing lead materials to a buyer following a completed auction.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
Cookies are used only after you click “Accept” on our banner. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing cookies or using the banner’s “Decline” option.
